Ho-Kago Tea Time, HTT (放課後ティータイム Houkago Tī Taimu, After School Tea Time) is the name of the band consisting the members of the Sakura High Light Music Club. The five girls were thinking of a name for their band. Since they couldn't think of any, Sawako became annoyed of all the random band names flying in the Light Music Club. Then finally she barged into the Light Music Club's conversation and named them "After School Tea Time".

History

The band primarily performs at major school events (which Ritsu almost always forgets to sign them up for). They have also been invited to play at public and private functions (club, wedding, local talent show) and have even hosted a small concert at school.

Yui Hirasawa

Yui Hirasawa (平沢唯/ひらさわゆいHirasawa Yui) is one of the main character of the series K-ON!. She is the air-headed lead guitarist and vocalist of the light music club.

Mio Akiyama

Ritsu Tainaka

Ritsu Tainaka (田(た)井(い)中(なか) 律(りつ), Tainaka Ritsu) is a drummer. She proclaims herself as the president of the light music club. She is the one who formed the Light Music Club when it was on the verge of being disbanded. She is the natural leader of the band.

Tsumugi Kotobuki

Tsumugi Kotobuki (琴吹(ことぶき) 紬(つむぎ), Kotobuki Tsumugi), otherwise known as Mugi, is a wealthy cheery cute girl with a gentle personality who plays the keyboard in the light music club. She was originally going to join the choir club, but after Ritsu Tainaka's false flashback she thought it would be fun to join the club.

Azusa Nakano

Azusa Nakano (中野(なかの) 梓(あずさ), Nakano Azusa) also known as Azu-nyan, is a new student at Sakura High. She decides to join the light music club after seeing the band's performance in the school festival and becomes the group's rhythm guitarist.
